For those looking to eat healthier, it is important that what you eat is the best choice. Sometimes it may seem healthy but really packed in sugar syrup or salt. Here are some tips to help make sure what you eat really healthy.

Yogurt is a good source of calcium, but control the amount of sugar in each serving. Many types of yogurt are rich in sugar, so the nutritional value is lost.

Fresh fruit over canned fruit. Fresh fruitis always the best choice. Canned fruit is cooked, canned and processed most of the time with heavy syrup jars. Stick with fresh fruit for the best option. Frozen Fruit would be the second best.
