OAMC (once a month cooking) recipes saving money. It 'so simple. Coupled with the fact that OAMC meals means that we, our families and healthy feeding a real "non-necessity." OAMC is the process by which you plan, organize, cook and store enough food for the family, take a month. This is a whole day to cook, but it does mean that you should slave in a hot oven for another month! This must be a value, is not it? Agree
So if you go there, let me give you seven tips to be sure that it is the best way possible:
Receive OAMC recipes. How much food the same day, it makes sense to the kitchen to cook Basic months using the same ingredients and spread out on this meal. Of course, you can sit down and work out themselves, but OAMC recipes have done everything to save hours of sorting / screening and planning.

Get Cooking! So when the day iscome to cook. Did you peace and quiet, because your children are friends with them will help you and all your hoes is already done. Enter your recipes when you see them easily (I think starting wall) and! Play music and fry, grill and boogie your way through the day. Have fun.
Food - the best part. Well, if you arrive at the end of a hard day, that is simply not an option expensive, unhealthy take-away, but aHome cooked meal, until a flash of whipped cream!
