Awesome for egg/dairy allergies - Bart -
This cookbook is a staple in our house. Everything we've made we've been pleased with and it provides a wide variety of options for those who can't eat dairy or eggs but love Italian food. I especially like that there are not substitutes (like tofu for ricotta, for example) but instead rely on fresh ingredients or things easily found in the pantry.
